Human Resources Officer - Q3 Academies Trust
We are seeking to appoint a friendly, efficient, organised and enthusiastic individual to play a key role within our expanding Academy Trust. It is essential that you are a team player with the ability to multitask!
This role will include working with all levels of Trust personnel on a wide range of employment related matters such as disciplinary, grievance, absence, recruitment, restructuring, projects, etc.
You must be CIPD Level 5 qualified and have various experience of case management, employment legislation, working with trade union colleagues, policy writing and providing HR operational support.

37 hours per week
(Post is a 52-week post with annual leave to be taken during Academy holiday closure periods. Consideration
can be given to term-time working plus additional weeks.)
