Steps to Work is an established Employment and Training Provider within the West Midlands. We have the following vacancy within our current BRIDGES project.  

BBO Project Officer £20,868 - £25,214 per annum 
37 hours per week.
Funded until December 2019 
We are looking for Project Officer to work within the Sandwell area, undertaking outreach work, engaging with beneficiaries and building relationships to help them to make a link with a wide variety of services to provide them with support. Candidates will need to have experience of working with the unemployed aiming towards progression into employment or training, experience of undertaking outreach work and a NVQ 3 in Advice and Guidance. This post is funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund.

Health and Safety and Facilities Officer   £25,214 per annum
37 hours per week
This role will involve co-ordinating health and safety and environmental activities within Steps to Work, including the maintenance of facilities and acting as lead on the organisations ISO 14001 accreditation. Candidates will need to demonstrate relevant experience in Health and Safety and have an IOSH or equivalent qualification.  Excellent organisational skills and experience and knowledge of risk assessments, COSHH and ISO 14001.

Graduate Bid Support Writer   £16,000 - £18,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
37 hours per week. 
This is an exciting new opportunity for an graduate with interest in Social Policy, social impact and Economic Regeneration.  The succesful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Business Development Manager in researching and writing bids with the aim of securing new contracts in line with the companies business goals.  We are looking for a highly organised, proactive individual who has excellent written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and is confident in the use of I.T packages,  in particular social media.
