Customer Services Assistant Team Manager
An exciting opportunity has become available in the Customer Services team as an Assistant Team Manager.
The position will include a high degree of customer contact across service teams, service users, partners, other agencies and outside bodies. The successful candidate will provide supervision of the team including supporting the team in achieving service targets and planning work programmes that support the Council plan. The successful candidate will provide information and reports on statistical and performance data and maintain a practical working knowledge of CRM, Civica, telephony systems and social media.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and proven experience in working in a customer service environment. Experience in a supervisory role is desirable. You will be flexible, highly motivated and able to lead a team and maintain effective working relationships. You will be able to work under pressure and will be required to have good working knowledge of a range of Council Services. The Fluency Duty is outlined in the Code of Practice on the English language requirements for public sector workers. The Fluency Duty for this role is required.
