James Brindley School is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to support a busy and successful team. The role is required to support the operational duties of the HR team, ensuring that tasks are undertaken in an efficient and effective manner.
You will report directly to the HR Manager, and will support duties including administration of HR related documentation as well as maintenance of information and filing systems. It is anticipated that you will develop a good understanding of the full range of HR policy and processes with a view to use the knowledge to respond to enquiries. Previous HR experience in not required, however a desire to work in HR and experience of working within a professional environment are essential.
You will be based at Bell Barn Road, Birmingham (B15 2AF). There is private on-site parking available to staff.
James Brindley School provides education for children and young people whilst they are in hospital or are unable to attend their mainstream school due to medical conditions or special educational needs. We teach across 11 sites including teaching centres and hospitals in Birmingham. We also provide a home teaching service, designed to educate pupils in their own homes.
