Land Charges Assistant
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual who will be responsible for delivering a first class service for Local Land Charges. The post involves processing, maintaining, researching and collating information to provide an efficient and accurate service to customers requesting property searches required as part of the conveyancing process. Working in a small, busy team means that flexibility, attention to detail and speed are essential to this role, as is the commitment to providing outstanding customer service. You should be able to work under pressure, prioritise your workload to meet deadlines, use your own initiative and have good organisational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with comprehensive ICT/keyboard skills. Experience of, and interest in, using a variety of computerised databases, geographic information and document management systems is desirable. The ability to read maps and building plans, experience of working in Local Land Charges or of the conveyancing process would be an advantage.
