Fixed Term to 31st March 2020
We are looking for two experienced Business Analysts to join our Business Redesign and Collaboration Team, part of a broader corporate Transformation Team of Programme Managers, Business Analysts and Project Managers. The post holders will focus on working with customers, frontline staff and stakeholders to redesign a wide range of services to achieve improved user experiences and outcomes.
Responsible for undertaking business analysis assignments as an individual, as a member of a team or as a team leader as appropriate, these posts will be required to provide customer insight and process redesign expertise, run workshops and apply service improvement tools and techniques to support the change agenda across the Council on specific projects.
Significant experience of business process improvement and application of tools and techniques to map, review and streamline processes.
Experience of a range of process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean systems thinking, design thinking etc.)
Experience of working in an Agile environment.
Demonstrate an ability to think creatively, provide inventive solutions to problems and confidently take those solutions forward for success.
A track record in managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels through effective engagement and communication.
