Solihull Children's Services is looking to recruit an Apprentice Administrative Assistant to support the Youth Offending Service.
Working closely with the Business and Information Officer, your duties will include maintain information systems, computerised and manual, providing general administrative support to the team, including answering telephones, photocopying, filing and word processing as well as collating and providing statistical information as and when required.
Alongside your role you will be required to study towards level 3 in Business Administration
You will have previous experience of working in an office environment and will be able to demonstrate numeracy and literacy skills, as well as good communication skills.
Experience of using a range of computer packages and applications including Microsoft Office (or similar) is also essential.
