JOB TITLE: Throughcare Social Worker

Salary:  £30,756.00 - £35,229.00 per annum

3 Full time posts

37 hours per week - Permanent

Staffordshire County Council Throughcare Team is looking for 3 Social workers to join the Cannock and Lichfield team.

This is an exciting opportunity and as a Throughcare Social worker, you will be covering all duties expected of a LAC social worker. In addition there may also be a requirement for taking some cases through the court process once  an ICO has been granted.

We are looking for candidates who are Social Worker qualified with at least 2 years previous experience. We would be looking for individuals with a skill base that included the ability to be an effective case manager, work on  building effective relationships with children/young people, staff,  parents  and other  professionals. Partnership and inter-agency working, chairing complex inter-agency meetings would also be desirable but not essential

Please note that this vacancy is within a Children’s team.
