Customer Service Advisor – One Stop Shop
37 hours per week
You will be expected to work Saturdays on a rota basis and work across all 3 sites.
Salary = £18,672 - £20,541
As part of a dedicated team you will ensure the delivery of a first class and professional front line service. From answering complex enquiries about Council services to delivering library and reception services, work at Warwickshire Direct is always challenging and exciting.
Our ideal candidate will have the ability to be flexible and demonstrate a positive attitude to change. Is this you?
- 4 GCSE passes, grade C or above or equivalent, to include English and Maths.
- Courteous and effective communication skills by on the phone and in person
- Experience of working with the general public
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- You will be able to work under pressure
