As a support assistant you will be part of a team providing high standards of person-centred support to our service users. Through a creative and caring approach you will build good relationships with service users ,supporting them in the planning and working towards their personal goals as well as enabling them to live as independently as possible .

There are a number of posts available all on a rota basis.

You’ll need

Experience is not essential but enthusiasm ,the ability to encourage people, respect service users rights and choices whilst at all times treating people with dignity and respect are essential.

Promoting Independent Living Service is a Home support service for adults with learning disabilities and associated Mental health conditions. We are part of Coventry City Councils People Directorate and registered with Care Quality Commission.
