Worcestershire County Council is recruiting a part time (21 hour) project manager to manage the county wide Apprenticeship Hub bid launching in Autumn 2018 under the Worcestershire Apprenticeship Brand, this 18 month programme aims to support young people who are looking for apprenticeship opportunities to be successful in their roles as well as support employers to undertake apprenticeships. The project manager will be required to performance manage a number of subcontractors in county to meet outputs agreed. The role requires strong performance management skills, ability to negotiate and attention to detail to European Policy as well as managing the claims process and evidence requirements. This exciting programme offers a real step change for Apprenticeships in county and an opportunity to get involved in supporting Worcestershire to create it's future workforce.
