Human Resources Advisor
37.0 Hours per Week
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focussed, experienced Human Resources Advisor to join a highly motivated team of HR professionals at Solihull MBC. Working as a named Advisor for a specific customer base, you will work in partnership with our customers and the team to deliver a highly effective, professional, pro-active HR service.
Being able to make evidence based decisions is key as is the ability to step back and support the business in how they manage people issues and opportunities.
CIPD qualified, you will be a HR generalist with experience of facilitating organisational change. Public sector experience is desirable but not essential. It is important that you are able to demonstrate how you practically apply HR policy and principles whilst continuing to build and maintain effective customer relationships.

Assessment/Interview Dates: Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete online tests week commencing 1st October 2018. Successful applicants will be invited to an interview and assessment on 16th or 17th October 2018.
