Shaw Education Trust is currently comprised of 11 academies. We have other schools joining us imminently across the North West, West Midlands and East Midlands.
We are looking to appoint a HR Director to drive HR strategy across our Trust. Partnering the Executive Leadership Team, the successful candidate will be the face of HR with the view to delivering an excellent operational and strategic service across the Trust. You will work in partnership with the Trust’s external HR Consultants who deliver the full range of employee relations support. The HR Director role is fundamental to developing the Trust’s culture, development, organisation and recruitment.
