An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Practitioner in one of the East area teams based in Wood End Coventry. We are looking for a highly motivated and a reflective practitioner, who is passionate about relationship based practice and supporting families and workers to be resilient.

You’ll need:
•A through working knowledge of relevant legislation, national standards, guidance, research, departmental policy and procedures, and institute legal processes where necessary.
•Experience in complex assessment and court based work.
•To have reached a level of ability where you can operation self-sufficiently in the application of relevant legislation, policy, procedures and social work theory.
•To be able to performance manage the team so that the service reads its objectives.

Permanent Full time 37 hours
Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm
Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
