Coventry has re-designed and transformed its’ children’s homes provision – four new homes are being created across the city operating small family style homes each catering for four young people aged 10-16 on admission.

We now require a Registered Children’s Home Managers to take charge of one of these homes.

We are seeking a modern and progressive Registered Managers with good knowledge of the Ofsted registration and inspection process as well as demonstrable skill and experience in managing a children’s residential resource. Successful candidates will be required to build a new and effective team and achieve successful outcomes for children admitted to the home on a medium to long term basis.

We welcome applications from established and experienced Registered Managers and/or those with a successful track record at Deputy Manager level.

Working Pattern
37 hours per week as required plus on-call duties as part of management cover rota
