The Better Care Fund (BCF) provides an exciting platform for the Council and the CCG to jointly develop integrated health and social care services that meet the complex and challenging needs of our vulnerable communities.
The Sandwell Better Care Fund Programme is now recruiting the following roles as part of a high performing integrated commissioning team responsible for creating high quality, effective services for local people.

Commissioning Officer x 1 (2 year fixed term)
Band G - £34,106 - £39,002
You will be an experienced Commissioning Officer providing high quality commissioning support for a range of adult community social care and health services. As part of the integrated commissioning team, the role will support the delivery of the commissioning work plan for the Sandwell Better Care Fund Programme.
The role will support the work of the integrated commissioning team to ensure that resources are used effectively to commission high quality services that contribute to the overall strategic objectives for the BCF.
You will need to be flexible, as the role will have competing pressures and tight deadlines to work to. A good knowledge of ICT is essential as is the ability to analyse data and produce informative reports.
37 hours per week
