The Role

37 hours per week

We are seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 Social Worker to join our Older People North and & East Team. 
Our team operates county wide and has bases in, North Warwickshire, Rugby and Bedworth and comprises of Social Care Practitioners and Social Workers. Your base will be in Bedworth.

Key Requirements

You will be an enthusiastic and dedicated person, preferably experienced within Adult Social Care. You will be required to work with a variety of customers, including older people with physical disabilities and cognitve impairment, sensory requirements, carers and their families and other professionals.

You will be required to undertake outcome focused assessments, support planning and reviews. Duty work will also be undertaken within the role. Focusing on strengths and utilising an asset based approach, you will enable customers to identify outcomes, meet their full potential and maximise their independence.

As a strong team player, you will be required to contribute to the development and promotion of the Older People Team, using imaginative, creative and innovative ways of meeting the support needs of our customers. Our goal is to provide care on an incremental basis to encourage older people to maintain their independence in the community for as long as possible.
