Community Alarms Officer x2
We are currently looking for 2 Community Alarms Officers to work as part of a team responsible for the delivery of an effective Community Alarms and Telecare Service to public and private sector customers. The post holder will be required to provide an out of hours answering and filtering service for a range of organisations and services. You will operate the control centre equipment on a 24 hour basis and to receive and answer incoming calls in accordance with the Telecare Service Association Code of Practice policies and procedures and service standards.
A full driving licence is required.
This post is Fixed Term until 01/01/2019.
16 hours per week
