The Role

We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational flexible guitar teacher to work in the central area. Teaching is available for c15 hours per week immediately and we anticipate that this will increase to 22 hours in January 2019. If you have a great attitude and a positive approach to teaching you will relish the opportunity to develop guitar teaching in the area. In return you will receive the benefits of teachers'terms and conditions and can expect support and training to ensure success. 

 

Key Requirements

Essential criteria for this role includes a teaching or performance diploma together with high level teaching experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate high standards is essential. You will need an appreciation of a wide range of musical styles and cultures. You must be able to evidence a commitment to ongoing personal development and have a full driving licence, the ability to travel across the county is essential for this role. Teachers should be able to teach a variety of styles as per the national curriculum and have the ability to teach notation.
