Contract Support Co-Ordinator
Operating within the Directorate of Place, Housing Services is the landlord for the Council’s owned properties and offers a range of services to tenants and leaseholders.
Hours: 37 per week
Operating from the external provider’s premises, the post holder will be required to support the Contract Support Manager in the day-to-day operation relating to the delivery of a major stores and supply chain partnership between Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council and the relevant external provider.
The post holder will assist in creating a robust customer focussed support service providing a range of logistical coordinating functions between Dudley’s Housing Maintenance Team and the external Service Provider.
