Student Support Administrative Officer

Salary: Grade 4 – Point 19-21 £19,446

Term Time only (Actual Salary £16,292)

37 hours per week

The Governors seek to appoint an Administrative Student Support Officer to provide administrative support with a focus upon our students in school.

We welcome applications from non-Catholics willing to support our Catholic ethos.

We invite candidates who can demonstrate their ability to offer excellent all-round administrative support and communication in a busy education environment.  Under the direction and instruction of the School Business Manager and Assistant Head Teacher, this role entails managing the admissions, appeals and exclusions administrative processes and guidelines. You will also be responsible for the management of our School Comms and ParentPay system. The role will also include the prompt upkeep of student medical information, SIMs student data entry (new starters, leavers and updates) and occasional Reception cover.

The ability to communicate effectively with our students whilst working with our structures, using your own initiative and being proactive is essential.
