The Governors of John Shelton Community Primary School wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work afternoons in our Nursery to start as soon as possible.

John Shelton Community Primary School is a warm, friendly and caring one form entry Primary School, with a desire to expand. We provide a high quality learning environment for all children and are driven by a desire to work closely with our community. We have a proven track record of achieving success and our school is over subscribed.

We are looking for someone with a passion for teaching and learning and a willingness to learn.

You will be required to work closely with the EYFS team and parents to ensure our youngest children receive a high quality education.

Key qualifications
• NVQ Level 2
• GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above
• Considerable experience of working with younger children
• Use own initiative and able to work as a team and independently

15.5 hours per week (Working pattern 11:45am – 2:50pm)
39 weeks per year to which includes training days
Starting ASAP
