Washwood Heath Academy currently has an opportunity for an inspirational and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our hardworking and committed team of professionals.

We are looking for a committed, hard-working, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who is able to consistently demonstrate good classroom practice and who will have a significant impact on our journey of improvement. They should be passionate about making a difference to the lives of students with a range of needs and dedicated to maximising student’s achievement; have high expectations of behaviour and learning ensuring that every child reaches their full potential; a positive approach to challenge and change; be a flexible team player.

It is a very exciting time to join our Academy and we are looking for a highly motivated, skilled and creative individual to join a committed team of subject specialists. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement for this role.
