School Organisation Assistant
Working in the School Organisation team you will be responsible for dealing with applications for school places and travel passes. You will have the ability to understand, interpret and explain complex statutory guidelines, and good IT skills, preferably with Capita One or similar admissions software.
Working with parents and schools in this customer service role you will need:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment
• A flexible and positive approach to team work
