We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate candidates to join our award winning Dementia Care team at Eric Williams House.

Eric Williams House is a residential home for people with Dementia with both long and short term beds (re-ablement)

The Role

Working shifts, the successful candidate will be committed to delivering high standards of care to our residents and ensure decisions around service delivery provides the best possible outcomes for residents. This is an excellent opportunity to be working within a highly respected service embracing the ‘Butterfly homes model’

As well as providing long term beds, we are also really focused on helping and enabling people to go home at the end of their re-enablement period and we’re seeking someone who is passionate about promoting the health and well being of all residents and keeping abreast of the latest research in dementia care.

In order to be successful with this role, you’ll need flexibility to work shifts and weekends on a rota basis. Good written and verbal communication skills.

Working Pattern

Monday to Sunday early (7am -3pm) lates (2:30pm -10pm) and weekends
