(Pro rata £14,821 - £15,561)
37 hours per week, term time plus 5 days

An opportunity has arisen for a new school administrator / receptionist to join our existing admin team. You will be working directly under the supervision of the School Business Manager and the Office Manager, to ensure the smooth running of our busy reception area.
We are looking for someone committed, organised and thorough, who can work in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
Holly Lodge is a mixed 11-19 school. Currently it has over 1450 students on roll, but this is increasing steadily due to the rapid improvement that the school has successfully made.
We are a thriving and exciting school, which has made significant progress in recent years. The school was described by OFSTED as a ‘Good’ school, fully committed to creating a culture of continuous school improvement, in the last inspection in February 2017.
Applicants should preferably have experience of SIMS or similar systems and have good knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
