Trainee Field Technician

37.0 Hours per Week
We are offering positions on a Chartered Institute for Archaeologists approved training scheme designed to enable graduates with little or no experience to acquire the knowledge and skills required to develop a career in commercial archaeology.
Trainees will gain industry leading experience in a wide variety of techniques and processes, measured against prescribed learning goals, that will stand them in good stead for their future career.
- We expect a degree, preferably in archaeology, or a post-graduate qualification in archaeology
- A commitment to learning the skills required of an archaeologist
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weathers
- Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm for archaeological research
- Ability to work as part of a team.
