We are seeking to appoint a highly organised individual to deliver an efficient, effective and professional cover administration service at Barr’s Hill School, which secures continuity for our learners when teachers are absent and supports the School Operations Group and HR Manager to ensure the smooth running of the School.

The successful candidate will be committed to building brighter futures and will have a minimum of 12 months’ experience of successfully implementing administrative systems to meet a school’s needs.

Utilising your literacy, numeracy, ICT and communication skills you will be able to work in a fast paced environment, to consistently produce accurate and high quality work, build and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure that all safeguarding and data protection requirements are met.
