Job title: Sales Officer - CTS
Location: The Bridge, St Mark’s Rd, Tipton, DY4 0SL.
Salary: Scale 5; Point 22
Working hours: 18 hrs per week.

Contract: Fixed term until 31st July 2019 (subject to continued funding)

The day-to-day duties

As a Sales Officer you will be an integral part of the Creative Therapy Services (CTS) team, working directly within the public and private sectors across the West Midlands to promote and sell our range of therapeutic services and training packages to new and existing customers.

You will research, identify, sell and implement new opportunities to further increase our range of services and customer base and play a key role in delivering the charity’s mission to enable therapeutic and emotional support to be provided to children and young people within Sandwell and the surrounding West Midlands areas.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications required:

Sales generation from building strong professional relationships with other agencies and customers to ensure that children, young people and vulnerable adults receive a range of high quality counselling and therapeutic services.

Research, promote and increase sales and customer base through networking.

Provide high quality customer service including advice, support and undertaking regular reviews.

Working to agreed timescales and deadlines for contracts, promotional materials and reporting.

Working in accordance with necessary policies, procedures, guidelines, protocols and appropriate code of ethics.
