Job title: Admin & Monitoring Officer - CTS
Location: The Bridge, St Mark’s Rd, Tipton, DY4 0SL.
Salary: Scale 3; Point 14

Working hours: 25 hrs per week.

Contract: Fixed term until 31st July 2019 (subject to continued funding)

The day-to-day duties

The post holder will be an integral part of the Creative Therapy Services (CTS) team.  The post holder will work directly with the CTS team and with public and private sectors across the West Midlands to provide administrative and monitoring support for our range of therapeutic services and training packages to new and existing customers.

You will be required to manage the administrative support systems for these services. You will support the maintenance and development of the services databases, participate in annual project reviews, planning workshops, helping out at occasional activities and organisational events were necessary.

You must be an effective and empathetic communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work on your own initiative as well as part of the wider team.

You will play a key role in delivering the charity’s mission to enable therapeutic and emotional support to be provided to children and young people within Sandwell and the surrounding West Midlands areas.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications required:

Administration and monitoring background, excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities. 

Provide high quality customer service including advice and support over the telephone.

Working to agreed timescales and deadlines for contracts, promotional materials and reporting.

Working in accordance with necessary policies, procedures, guidelines, protocols and appropriate code of ethics.
