Administrative Assistant - All Saints CE Primary School
All Saints Church of England Primary School is a single form entry school in the heart of the city of Coventry and is a positive, vibrant and rewarding place to work. The school is graded ‘Outstanding’ by SIAMS and ‘Good’ by Ofsted.
We are urgently seeking to appoint a Part-Time Administrative Assistant who will support the Business Manager and Office Administrator. The Administrative Assistant will assist in enabling the delivery of the School’s priorities under the Headteacher and Leadership Team and will support the Business Manager in delivering these objectives.
The successful applicant will be highly focused and motivated and will support us to provide the very best opportunities for all of our pupils. We are seeking a person with proven experience of working in a primary school setting and with knowledge of finance processing, absence monitoring and dinner money using SIMSFMS and SIMS.net software in particular. You will need to have an understanding of the education sector, along with the necessary skills to fulfil the role and in return we can offer:
