Wolverhampton Youth Offending Team has sustained successful delivery and high performance for many years. We are looking to recruit an Assessment and Development Officer to join us in sustaining our success and moving forward in driving our organisation to further positive outcomes.

Young People are at the heart of all we do, and we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic person with the relevant skills and experience to independently work on the assessment, planning, implementation and development of services within the Youth Offending Team.

You will have:

• a strong understanding and commitment to developing effective intervention for young people and promoting best practice in all delivery areas

• the ability to motivate and supervise staff, supporting their development and practice.

• a strong understanding of risk and safety & wellbeing in all contexts.

• an understanding of the importance of managing performance and how that can support positive outcomes for children, young people and other service users.
