Job Coach required to join our existing team, to work on new and exciting projects supporting people into employment.

You will be an excellent communicator, possess effective organisational skills and be passionate about supporting young people into apprenticeships and job opportunities.

If you feel you have the qualities to deliver a demanding service where you are helping a young person overcome barriers, are solution focused, knowledgeable about the labour market and can make a difference, we want to hear from you.

You will be employed by Coventry City Council and will be working on the Ambition Coventry Programme.
