Early Years Teaching and Learning Adviser
Are you an enthusiastic, motivated Early Years Teacher who has a real passion for early years and developing outstanding early years teaching and learning?
Sandwell Quality Early Years and Child Care Team are looking to recruit a full-time permanent Early Years Teaching and Adviser to support the strategic development of Early Years services across the borough with the aim of improving outcomes for our youngest children. You will be responsible for providing support to schools and early years settings and delivering training across a broad area of subjects as well as line managing a small team.
You must be a qualified teacher who has a proven record of leading and managing EYFS provision in school and been part of the Senior Leadership Team. You must have experience and understanding of wider Early Years issues both nationally and locally. We are looking for someone with excellent organisation and communication skills and you must be a good team player who is flexible, adaptable and open to innovative ideas and new ways of working.
You will be part of a dedicated, professional team who will fully support your induction and continued professional development. You will gain knowledge and experience of multi-agency and partnership working as we work together to improve outcomes for children and families.
