An exciting opportunity has arisen due to an increase in our pupil numbers, we are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals.

As an experienced Teaching Assistant, we are looking for qualities such as dedication, enthusiasm, commitment to professional development. You will play a key role in supporting a wide range of pupils with additional need throughout their school day and beyond.

You will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the school ethos which is aspirational, embraces change and remains solution focused whilst ensuring children remain at the heart of our practice.

As an employee of Sherbourne Fields, you will be adaptable in your approach whilst moving around the school to support students and teachers in all key stages.
You will be committed to a quality of education that will facilitate the development of confidence, strategies and skills for successful learning and the ability to use them in all aspects of life.

Applicants must possess GCSE Maths and English (A – C or equivalent) and be competent in the use of ICT.
