The Federation of Boldmere Schools are two very successful three form entry schools comprising of Boldmere Infant & Nursery School and Boldmere Junior school. We work closely to ensure that we provide a successful educational journey for all pupils in our care.

We are looking to appoint a dedicated and self-motivated individual to join our successful, dedicated and very hard-working administrative team. We are seeking an effective individual to work as a Receptionist primarily based at the junior school, but with an expectation to carry out associated duties across the Federation of Boldmere Schools.

The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills and a sound level of numeracy. Computer Literacy is essential, as is a proven ability to deal with Microsoft Office applications and experience of working with School Management Information Systems. You will be able to work effectively on your own or as part of a small team, remain calm under pressure and be able to offer a positive response if difficulties arise. Experience of working within a school office would be beneficial (although not essential). We offer a friendly supportive working environment with a commitment to the continued professional development of staff.

Duties will include (but are not limited to): first point of contact for parents, carers, pupils and visitors; administrative and clerical support, as required; assisting with the updating of the school MIS. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
