Specialist Teacher - SEND Resource Provision
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Lillington Nursery and Primary School. In September 2016, we were one of the first schools in Warwickshire to open a school-led SEND Resource Provision for children with Communication and Interaction Needs.
We are looking for a new Specialist Teacher to take the lead in this provision. We currently have three pupils on roll with capacity of between 6 and 8.
This is a demanding but rewarding role working with children that require specialist support. You will be leading a team of two TA’s and working together, creatively and flexibly are essential to this role. We are looking for an individual with experience working with children with high needs, creativity when planning the curriculum, a passion for ensuring all pupils make progress and have success, and a lot of patience.
If you feel you have the right skills and experience required, we actively encourage visits to our school and this provision for prospective candidates.
