Hours:  30 hours (One Year Fixed Term Contract).

We are looking to recruit a part- time Assistant Care Co-ordinator in the newly formed Dudley Disability Service.

This service supports young people and adults with a range of disabilities / complex needs. We are committed to meeting the needs of our customers in a personalised way, that promotes and maximises their independence, offers Choice, Control and Inclusion. We are really committed to making a difference to the quality of life of young people and adults with a disability, their families and carers in Dudley.
