Heritage and Culture Warwickshire regularly welcome a wide range of audiences to our sites who come for school visits, day trips, events and activities and for talks and tours. 
We have recently re-opened the Market Hall Museum in Warwick, after a total refurbishment funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund. Welcoming visitors to this museum and offering an experience they will remember and treasure is important to us. We are looking for friendly and energetic individuals to expand our support team to help facilitate visits to our sites across Warwick. 

The Role

This role is working with the Learning and Community Engagement team to support school group visits to our three sites in Warwick, Market Hall and St Johns House Museums and the Warwickshire County Record Office. Supporting the delivery of holiday activities for families and events for adult audiences, during the normal opening hours of the sites and at evenings and weekends. From time to time the role will also include assisting with private functions at the Market Hall museum alongside the Development Team. 

Key Requirements

Although an interest in heritage and the arts would be useful it is not essential for this role. We are looking for people who enjoy working with the public and work well in a team. Communication is a key skill for this role and the ability to think independently.
