p.h.i.l (preventing homelessness improving lives) is an exciting project funded by Central Government which will run initially until 31st December 2019. The aim of the project is to prevent homelessness across Warwickshire. This Prevention Co-Ordinator post is an essential part of the project.
We already have a fantastic team and we are looking for another person to cover maternity leave. You will need at least 2 years-experience of working with people who are or threatened with homelessness to succeed in this role.
The Prevention Co-Ordinators draw on their knowledge and experience to understand customer’s housing and support issues and investigate ways that they can prevent homelessness and promote wellbeing. The posts are based in Rugby but there is travelling throughout the County. The role is full time, however, job shares may be considered. Secondments may also be considered.
