This is a fulltime post, 18.5. hours is a permanent contract and 18.5 hours is a temporary contract, for 18 months.
Based in Stafford Through Care team in central Stafford location.
An enthusiastic person is required to join Stafford Through Care Team as a Personal Adviser.
The post holder will need to have an awareness of Through Care Services, for example, do you have the knowledge about Pathway Planning and working with professional networks to assist looked after children prepare for independence?
Have you worked with young people who are making the transition into adulthood?
Are you skilled in building relationships with young people as they prepare for their future?
Do you know what problems and challenges they face when they leave care?
The post holder will need to have good written and verbal communication skills, be able to manage and prioritise competing demands. The post holder will be required to travel county and country wide.
