About you:

As an ICT Server Support Officer you will manage and deliver the computer systems and networks of ICT services provided across Coventry City Council and Schools. You will be required to install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.


You will have a very strong technical background in software and operating systems and the ability to think logically whilst providing great Customer Service.

In this role, you will be working with technologies such as Windows Server and UNIX.  To succeed in this role, VMware will be the main skill set we are looking for.
