Systems Support Officer
A vacancy has arisen in Directorate IT Team for People for a System Support Officer. The post is full time working from in 3-5 St James's Road, but may involve the occasional need to visit other Council sites.
Hours: 37 per week
The focus of the role will be to work on the Synergy Education System and the management of the data received from schools and the provision of data to other directorate or corporate IT systems. A knowledge of data handling and manipulation processes and tools as well as knowledge of the Synergy Education System would be beneficial, although training will be provided.
The post will also include working as part of the Support Team in meeting the demands of providing support for the other products and services across the Peoples Directorate and any Corporate ICT projects.
This is an exciting time to be part of the team as we work on the introduction of the new Social Care System from Liquidlogic and integrating and sharing data with existing IT systems across the Peoples Directorate with particular emphasis on Education.
