Learning Support Assistant
Worcestershire County Council's Libraries and Learning Department is already providing a good service for over 3000 Worcestershire residents each and every academic year. But with you on our team we could become OUTSTANDING! This advert seeks applications from committed and creative learning support assistants to work alongside adult learners and their tutor. Learning is one of the Five Ways to Wellbeing and we are committed to providing opportunities for the residents of Worcestershire to engage in some self-care by learning something new. The LSA will be responsible for working with a tutor and following their instruction within the room to ensure everyone can reach their full potential. This is sessional work and it will be offered to individuals as and when the need to support a learner arises.
If you would like to become part of our vibrant team, leading learning in community settings including libraries, voluntary sector venues and community centres then please apply.
