Senior Resourcing Business Partner
Passionate, creative and innovative that’s you down to a tee, right?
Well this fabulous opportunity should be just what you are looking for. As our Senior Business Partner lead for our WMJobs service (public sector jobs board and e-recruitment system) you’ll have bright ideas and you’ll not be afraid to use them.
We’re looking for an innovative, self-starting individual who is passionate about optimising process and systems to embrace both efficiency and best practice whilst growing our business. You will have a strong eye for detail and sharp analytical skills alongside excellent project management abilities to underpin your approach.
You will take a holistic view working with groups of public sector partners and clients to identify the very best solutions. You will excel in client relationship management and will be confident working at all levels providing appropriate challenge and best practice advice in equal measure. You will develop new products and solutions working closely with our Head of Resourcing to take them to market. You will be confident with the configuration and management of systems as you will have responsibility for system upgrades and new client on boarding. You will be a key lead within a small and dynamic team and as such will have significant responsibility for setting and achieving the wmjobs.co.uk business objectives.
But that’s not all…if you have bright ideas, coupled with a passion to grow a business, then we can offer you the opportunity to deliver against our marketing strategy to increase the market share of WMJobs and be an ambassador for WMJobs both regionally and nationally.
This is a great time to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team that enjoys the challenge of working commercially within a public sector organisation.
