This is an exciting time to join the Revenues & Benefits Team which administer Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction, administer and collect Council Tax and Business Rates and issue and collect sundry debts on behalf of Herefordshire Council.
Recent service transformation has enabled us to enhance the workforce and create several exciting opportunities as a Revenues & Benefit Officer. Training programmes for these positions are also being offered if you do not already have knowledge in Revenues & Benefits so there has never been a better time to apply.

We are looking for motivated and confident individuals who like to work to targets and in a fast paced environment delivering a first class service to our customers.

The role includes a variety of work across Revenues & Benefits including administering Council Tax Reduction and Discretionary Hardship payments, maintaining accurate customer records for billing customers and collection of outstanding monies via various methods. All
