Community Alarm Officer
Dudley MBC Telecare Service provides an installation and monitoring service to vulnerable people living in the Borough of Dudley. The service operates 24hours a day, 365 days a year and we are seeking a full time permanent Community Alarm Officer to join our 8am to 8pm service.
The hours of work will be on a rota basis either working 8am - 4pm or 12 noon - 8pm Monday to Friday.
We are looking to appoint a Community Alarm Officer who is dedicated to providing a high quality service. You will need to demonstrate experience of working with vulnerable client groups.
The successful candidate will be expected to have a knowledge of issues relating to the individual / carer’s health and social needs.
You will receive job specific training, on going support and regular supervision. The ethos within our team is a commitment to provide a safe, sound and supportive service, which embraces the holistic approach of support. We are a TSA Platinum approved organisation offering an excellent and high quality service.
You will be employed by DMBC and work as part of the People Directorate
