LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT
Grade 5 (£18,319 – 19,819 pro rata), 37 hours a week, term time, temporary for one year (with a view to becoming permanent)
We seek to appoint an effective and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our Learning Support Team, to this highly successful, over-subscribed school which is firmly established as one of the highest performing secondary schools in Staffordshire. We gained ‘Good’ in our 2014 Ofsted inspection and as part of the Local Authority’s quality assurance strategy, we have Category 1 status, which is the highest category of school performance.
This post will involve the provision of high quality learning support for children and young people across the Academy. The successful candidate will bring relevant knowledge and skills at Level 2 or educated to degree level (please refer to the job profile) from their own education and experience. They must be versatile, flexible and a good team member who works collaboratively with colleagues.
