Customer Service Assistant
Sandwell Council are currently looking for a highly motivated, flexible, well organised individual who can demonstrate the following qualities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of former rent arrears debt recovery work or similar
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
- A performance driven work ethos
- Ability to work in a busy and challenging environment
- Have the ability to work on your own initiative.
The stated qualifications within the personnel specification are a fixed requirement therefore if you are successful in obtaining an interview you will be expected to provide proof prior to the interview commencing. Failure to provide proof may result in the interview being declined.
