16 – 17 £4.20 per hour £8,103 per annum
18 – 20 £5.90 per hour £11,382 per annum
21 plus £7.38 per £14,238 per annum
Apprenticeships are an excellent way of attracting new employees to the Council as the training can be tailored so that it is always relevant to the services on offer and the gaps that need to be filled. Apprentices can also bring fresh ideas and innovation into the workplace and, where it is their first job, it’s an ideal opportunity to help them to ‘grow’ into the kind of employees that are needed.

You will join a group of apprentices providing customer service and administrative support across different teams.
